Want to purchase your day tickets in advance? Or how about reserving a space on one of our hands-on experience sessions? Well, our online booking portal will let you do just that! Buy e-Tickets or redeem existing vouchers in just a few clicks. Read on to find out how to use this portal to book your next visit (and what to do if you can't!)
Booking day tickets
You can use our booking portal to purchase any combination of day tickets (e.g. Adult, Child, Family) to suit your requirements.
From the booking portal homepage, select "Buy Day Tickets" and choose the desired number of tickets from the dropdown menus.
Please note that booking day tickets in this way is optional - tickets can instead be purchased from the admissions desk on arrival.
Booking experience sessions
All experience session bookings MUST be made using the booking portal. You can purchase places directly or redeem an existing gift voucher towards your session.
From the booking portal homepage, select "Book Experience". You'll then be taken to the calendar page where you can specify the type of experience and number of participants to view all available dates. If you have a voucher, you can enter it here also.
After selecting an available date and completing the checkout process, you'll be sent an e-Ticket for your chosen session.
