Get the family together in this specially designed hour-long experience session for four people (aged 7+). Share in the thrill of getting hands-on with a wide variety of different owl species from around the world!
The session begins with an introduction to Baytree Owl & Wildlife Centre, followed by a brief instruction in how to handle the birds. Your family will then get to don a glove and have a go at flying three to four members of our display team. Although species vary throughout the season, you can guarantee that you'll create a special memory together that you'll never forget.
The standard price of £100 assumes particpation by four persons aged 7+. Additional participants can be added for £20.00 per person, and sessions for any combination of adults and children can be arranged to meet your requirements. However, please anote that at least one responsible adult aged 16+ must attend your session (either as a particpant or spectator.)
Upon purchase, you will be sent a digital eVoucher to the specified e-mail address* with a period of validity for one year. You may print or forward this eVoucher should you wish to present it to someone as a gift. You or the recipient may then then redeem this eVoucher at book.bowc.co.uk to book your experience on a day of your choice. If desired, you may also book additional participants or spectators at this time.
*Note that this e-mail is not instant. We aim to process your eVoucher within 24 hours, but this may take up to 72 hours.

Family Experience eVoucher
1) This voucher is valid 365 days from the date of issue, until the expiry date shown in the voucher entitlement. 2) This voucher is valid only for the session type shown, as well as the number of participants and spectators included in the voucher entitlement. 3) Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash either in part or in full. Resale of this voucher is strictly forbidden. 4) You (the “voucher holder”) may request that the voucher be exchanged against an alternative session type of equal or lesser value. Any such exchanges will be subject to the discretion of Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre (the “issuer”) and must be made prior to redemption. 5) Pre-booking is required to redeem this voucher. Vouchers must be redeemed via our online booking service (bowc.dapos.co.uk). Bookings arranged via telephone (01406 258 228) or e-mail (info@BOWC.co.uk) will be processed via the booking service by the issuer on the voucher holder’s behalf. 6) The online booking service will automatically assume attendance by all eligible persons, as shown in the voucher entitlement. 7) You will have an opportunity to purchase additional participant or spectator places not included in the voucher entitlement. Any additional spaces must be paid for at the point of booking. 8) If you do not use the full voucher entitlement, or otherwise attend with fewer participants and/or spectators than have been booked (including the original voucher entitlement and any additional purchases), then any unused spaces will not be refunded. 9) Your voucher status will be updated to “booked” once a booking date has been confirmed, at which point it will become bound by the “Experience Session Booking Terms & Conditions” as shown at bowc.dapos.co.uk/terms. This is in addition to these voucher terms. 10) On the date of your booking, you must present the original eVoucher as proof of purchase upon arrival (e.g as a printout or screenshot), ensuring the QR code is clearly visible. 11) Once booked, a £10 administration charge will be applied for any amendments to the booking, including moving the booking to another date, cancelling the booking, or amending the number of attending participants and/or spectators after the time of booking. No such fees will apply in the event that the issuer contacts you regarding the cancellation of a session. 12) Expired vouchers may be reactivated at the point of booking for an additional 50% of the current equivalent session value. A voucher may only be reactivated this way within 180 days following the original expiry date. 13) We cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that have been lost or stolen. Should this be the case, we are unable to issue a replacement. 14) The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments shall apply immediately and retrospectively to all currently outstanding vouchers. 15) This voucher has been issued by Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre, High Road, Weston, Spalding, PE12 6JU.
1) This item is delivered in a digital format via the email address specified at checkout. Receipt of this e-mail is not instant and, whilst we aim to process your eVoucher within 24 hours, this may take up to 72 hours.
2) You will be required to provide a physical delivery address to complete your purchase, however no material goods will be posted (except where your basket also contains another item.) You may not claim any recompense for non-delivery of any physical or material items (including via a payment or delivery company) as no such items are shipped as part of this transaction
3) Your order is considered delivered once the e-mail containing your eVoucher has been sent. The purchaser therefore accepts sole responsibility for ensuring that the e-mail address given at the point of sale is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility should your eVoucher and/or order confirmation be sent to an invalid email address, nor if it was delivered to a spam or junk folder and not retrieved by the recipient.
